Company History

Stephen Yardley Carpets began trading in 1972 after Stephen had spent some time with one of the leading carpet manufacturers in Kidderminster.

Having been accustomed to quality products and service, it was a natural progression to offer his new customers the same high standards of handmade rugs. From the early stages of the business Stephen quickly built up a reputation for quality service and aftercare.

1982 saw the move to Hartlebury Trading Estate with the business expanding at a rapid rate and the need for larger premises becoming a neccessity. 4 moves later on the Estate brought it to its current premises with 16,000 square feet of top quality handmade rugs in stock.
